Excellent improvement on acceleration (along with AirRaid cold air intake). In comparison my 2004 wrangler seemed asthmatic before the upgrade!
Bought this 3 years ago and a weld on one of the cats broke, Quadratec sent me a replacement. Great customer service!!! That’s why only a 4 star instead of 5, had to replace it again. PS buy a cat back exhaust also I did & it’s awesome.
I installed this today on an 04 TJ This is not a single piece the picture is deceiving. also they installed the flanges reversed where it mates to the manifold so the flat side of the flange is facing the ground now. I called Magnaflow to make sure it was not defective and they said that is how they make them. The factory bolts are to shortened new bolts are not included we ended up installing slightly longer 10x1.5MM bolts but they have a 17mm hex head making the installation more challenging in an already tight area. we ended up removing the LF wheel and pulling back the rubber flap and using wrenches under the fender in the opening to tighten the bolts. Other than that the product appears to be high quality hopefully it lasts several years. Its to bad Chrysler discontinued this item
