This was a perfect replacement for the window cranks on my 2001 TJ. My only complaint was the Spring on the back of the Crank was pretty thin. So I decided to use the OEM Spring from the old Cranks.

Does this come with the attachment clip (the cotter pin like thing)

Yes, the Quadratec Interior Window Crank Handle includes the snap clip (the omega-shaped "cotter pin" retainer) required to secure the handle to the window regulator shaft.
