Although the install of the new gasket was easy, removing the old adhesive was time consuming. This gasket has an adhesive strip. I fitted the gasket in place with the film still on the adhesive. I then lifted one side, passenger side, away and peeled the film away as I pressed the gasket working right to left. Easy install good fit.

Is this piece the strip that runs along the top of the back window in an arch shape or the linear strip along the bottom of the back window?
This is the seal that runs along the bottom.
