Does the fuel pump have submersible fuel line or should I replace it with a submersible fuel line

The replacement fuel pump and sending unit assembly for an 87–95 Jeep Wrangler YJ typically includes the small section of internal fuel hose connecting the pump to the sending unit bracket, but the quality of that pre-installed line varies depending on the manufacturer.
If you are replacing the entire assembly, you do not need to buy separate line unless the kit visibly lacks it. However, if you are doing a custom replacement of just the pump motor onto your existing original sending unit bracket, or if you suspect the line included in a budget aftermarket kit isn't up to par, you must absolutely use a line rated for submersibility.
Standard fuel injection hose (SAE J30R7 or J30R9) is only designed to handle fuel on the inside of the tube; the outer jacket will quickly break down, soften, and burst when constantly dunked in gasoline. You must specifically use hose rated SAE J30R10, which is engineered to resist fuel degradation on both the inside and outside of the line.
