Do there have the light bulbs built into them or included ?
They are equipped to illuminate when plugged in. Bulbs are included. Thanks for your inquiry.

What color are these when illuminated?
These will match the factory dash lamps, so they will have a slight green/blue hue to them when illuminated with a standard halogen bulb.
