Questions
Steering Linkage and Steering Box: These would be located on the right side of the vehicle.
Brake and Clutch Master Cylinders: While the components themselves might be the same or very similar, their physical location and the linkage to the pedals would be mirrored on the right side.
Wiring Harness Routing: The main wiring harness would need to be routed differently across the firewall to accommodate the reversed dashboard and controls.
