Will these work with Mojave x steel rear bumper
Yes, the Oracle Lighting Rear Bumper LED Reverse Lights (Part# 5878-504) are compatible with the Mojave X and its factory steel rear bumper.

Do these fit the QRC rear bumper or is there a better option?
The Oracle Lighting Rear Bumper LED Reverse Lights are specifically designed and molded to fit into the pockets of the factory rear bumper (both the plastic and steel factory options) on the Jeep Gladiator JT.
They will not fit the Quadratec QRC rear bumper, as aftermarket bumpers feature completely different cutouts, dimensions, and mounting points that do not match the factory stampings.
If you are running the QRC rear bumper, a better option for auxiliary reverse lighting would be universal flush-mount LED pods or small surface-mount LED cube lights (such as Rigid, Oracle, or KC HiLiTES flush mounts) that can be custom-inset directly into the flat sections of an aftermarket steel bumper.
