This high security 16 gauge steel security drawer mounts under the drivers side seat in a Jeep TJ (With Flip Seat). The formfitting design of the Tuffy lockbox has over 149 cubic inches of lockable storage. It's secured contents are easily accessed by maneuvering the drawer open and closed on the smooth ball bearing slides using the convenient pull lever.
Featuring Tuffy's Pry-Guard Locking System with a 10 tumbler double bitted security lock with built in weather seals. The design incorporates a heavy duty fully extending slide system, weather seal & welded construction. A formed rib in the enclosure additionally strengthens the locking system. Tuffy's exclusive bolt-blocker bracket is included for additional security.
Mounts inconspicuously under the drivers side seat in a Jeep TJ (With Flip Seat) out of apparent site of would be thieves. Uses the factory hardware without drilling. The drawer must remain locked while operating the vehicle. Available With Upgraded Combination Lock or original Cam Style Lock.

Works as it should. Takes a little doing and bending manual seat release. But it works fine
A pain in the BUTT to install. Hard to get it in with the flip forward seat that it is specifically intended to be used with. And it you have the really flat carpet. Once you get it in then you have a hard time moving the seat back and forth for other drivers and still keep it tight.. Finally we used some washers on top to thaw up the space ( you would think it would be too tight with the carpet, but it was actually two loose before we added the washers). Once we got it in, and secure and can move the seat, it is great. It is not difficult to install.... just isn’t a 10 minutes deal. Takes some time. I would still recommend.
Love this for keeping my small items secured when we leave the vehicle
