I need a replacement key cut and the locksmith is having difficulty finding the key blank. It has a 306 on it.

Can you have a spare tire cover on while using this bike rack, or does the tire need to be uncovered?
We'd recommend you remove the cover to prevent damage to the cover while the rack is on the vehicle.

Is there a possibility to order longer rubber hold down straps?
Unfortunately, we don't offer longer straps. We do have replacements if you ever need them, however.

Are the cradles available as replacement parts? The tab that fastens the rubber strap broke and now cant secure one bike or my snowboard rack.

No, it will not. Your factory equipped backup camera interferes with the location this bike requires to mount to. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Are the 4 mounting bars available separately as replacements? I don't have the originals anymore and changing tire configuration for 33x12.50.
No, sorry those mounting bars are only available with the complete rack replacement. Those are not an available component part unfortunately.
