This should work great for your application as that's a 33x11.50" and this works for up to 33x12.50".

This is Not compatible with a 6 lug pattern Hummer as this is designed for vehicles with a 5 lug pattern.

This says fits up to 2018 Wranglers. I never want to assume anything. So does this fit a 2020 Wrangler JL?
This bike rack is Not compatible with the JL due to the rear view camera that is mounted in the center of the spare tire.

There are 4 different mounting bars to accommodate different size wheel and tire packages. You will select the one that fits closest to the tire.
