Does this mean the 'new side markers' are in fact LED DRLs?(i.e. and not incandescent, or halogen)
When that question was answered, all of these flares were on their own displays and had their own list of questions. Now that they are combined all of the questions are showing. These include the lights so there is no need to swap old lights over. You can choose LED or Halogen to suit your needs. If you are currently running halogen lights and get LED's then you will have to get a dealership to flash the computer, in order for the LED's to function properly.

Am I correct in thinking this fender set offers more clearance than the stock (i.e. OEM) fenders on an Unlimited Rubicon? If so, will installing these fenders set onto a Rubicon allow one to run 37" tires, whereas the stock fenders only allow up to 35" tires?
You are correct all around. These allow larger tires without the need for a suspension lift, or even larger tires when used with a new suspension.

If I have the factory Halogen DRLs is the plug the same? So a tazer or factory reprogram is all that is needed to get the LEDs working. Thanks
You are correct, the dealer flash is all that is needed to get these to work on your vehicle once installed.

are the led drls slightly bigger than halogen ones, that came with JLUs?
No the flares themselves are different sizes according to the body package (ie: Sahara/Rubicon vs Sport/Base or Certain Tow Equipment Packages

I just purchase these for my 2 Door JL Sport. Everything installed easily but the turn signals don't work. They flash once and then stop. No error messages on dash. Will I need to get my computer flashed?

If you would like primered or painted you would have to get directly from a dealership. We do not have the facility to paint fender flares
