Hi, besides the fenders being higher, are they also wider than the Sport/Sahara models?
These are the same width as Rubicon Flares. 3/4" than stock Sahara or Sport flares

How close are the mounting points those on the JKU, would it be possible to use these on a Jku or to modify them to fit a JKU?

No, the marker lights are not LED, but they do include halogen lights.
