Can I mount a 38x13.5x17 on these rims? Planned for a 08 rubicon lifted 4.5 inches.

Yes, they will. Your outer sidewall with the selected tire size and Morphic wheel would be 2.66" (1.66 + the one extra inch of wheel width) farther out from the stock wheel and tire parameters. I have a 2020 Rubicon with an added 2.5 inch lift. Can I run these wheels with 37x12.5x17 tires without rubbing issues? One of your videos suggested 37s as the “sweet spot” for the JL. Excellent video explaining the options, BTW.
