Youtube videos point out that the nut for the bottom latch is difficult to reach due to lack of access behind the fender. What worked was a regular 1/4" ratchet with universal joint. Nudge it between the fender and the radiator bracket for easy access. (I'd post a photo here if I could ). I ended up with more success using a 1/2" socket than the 13mm. That took 5 minutes after an hour of unsuccessful alternate tries. To install the new nut, I used a piece of electrical tape to keep the nut in the socket. And just held it by the socket against the back of the fender, then threaded it easily from the front.

Ordered and received quickly. Well package. Just as with everything from Quadratrec. Looks awesome.
