The latches look good but that where it stops.
Installation is pretty basic but very little ways of adjusting and align.
Latching isn't the easiest and unlatching is even harder, and if your fenders are painted you should place a rag on fender to protect finish from damage.
Yesterday, when I returned home. Discovered that one of the bolts had loosed up and fell on to the fender. Lucky, it was still on fender.
At this point I will be changing to something else.

Look good until the retaining piece broke off

While they do look great, the tolerances on the buckle parts are way too tight. I had to sand down the powdercoat on the insides just to get them to function (a little better). They are also very hard to get buckled, even adjusted at the lowest setting. I'm going to keep them and see if they "wear in", but I should've ponied up for a nicer set, or new OEM. I would not recommend these.. maybe just a bad set?

I really wanted to like these. They look really nice but are way too tight. I can't adjust them to be reasonable. One side is fine, the other so tight you have to flex the hood to close and open. The plastic 'lock' broke first time I closed and opened on both sides. Going back to the stock ones. Very disappointing.

Bought this product because I want to show a patriotic support. Installation was fine until I tried to tighten down the bolts that act as a hinge and clamp action. Some of the heads where the hex wrench was to fit were damaged with some kind of burr. This prevented me from applying sufficient torque to secure them. Lost some of them while driving around due to vibration. Would also have been nice if they thought about supplying some lock-tite to help secure them.
