I have a Barricade HD Front Bumper (https://www.extremeterrain.com/barricade-adventure-hd-front-bumper-0717.html) mounted on my Jeep Wrangler JK. Will the Quadratec Q-Stealth Performance winch fit on this bumper? Also, do I need an additional mounting plate for the winch?
Since I don't carry the Barricade brand I can't answer the winch plate question. The Stealth winch has a standard winch footprint of 4.5"x10" and fits most aftermarket bumpers.

92122.2900, would be a good winch plate to work with that bumper and fit that winch. The nice part of this plate is that it will keep the winch lower and not block as much of the radiator. If you are not concerned with that and want the winch to sit higher then please see 92122.2910
Who makes this winch for quadratec? Is it just rebranded?

I have a 2015 Rubicon 4dr. Do I need an extra part such as a mounting plate to mount this winch?
Yes if you have the steel Rubicon bumper you will need a winch mount such as 12052.1770

Is the picture of it mounted on top of a factory plastic bumper and if so what is the mount and does it come with it?

on a 18 rubicon recon edition steel bumper, will it need mount plate or can it mount inside the bumper
You will have to check inside the bumper and see if your bumper came complete with the winch mount plate. If there is no plate then you will need the winch mount. Most bumpers from the factory are not supplied with the winch mount already installed.

I'm new to winches have done a little bit of electrical stuff on the jeep and I'm curious do I have to have a on and off switch to shut the winch off or does it shut off by itself when the remote isnt plugged in or turned on I dont want to install this stealth winch I just bought and install both a win h and a massive draw on my battery is all thanks david
A kill switch is not needed, this will not draw power from the battery unless it is being used. The Amber LED's shut off after 10 seconds being idle.
