Yes it will. The hardtop wiring conversion harness would be required if you would like wiper use and were originally equipped with a soft top only. I have a 2009 Wrangler with half doors - will the soft half door tops seal with this hardtop, or will I have to obtain full doors to obtain the proper seal?
If they are factory half doors and uppers then there is nothing else needed to buy.

Can this be shipped/delivered to a residential address or does it require a dock for offloading?
The receiver is responsible for unloading the freight. If you are able to arrange to have the cargo lowered to the ground you can ship to residential addresses that can be accessed by full-size trailer.

Can you drive a regular speeds with the rear window raised?
The Owner's Manual for the Jeep warns against travel with the rear window open. Due to the airfoil, Exhaust fumes are captured and channeled into the main cabin, which can lead to injury or death. Also, The lift cylinders are balanced to assist with opening the window and keeping it open at rest. The weight of the window can damage other parts or cause a complete failure and shatter during travel.

Will the 2 front pieces fit behind the back seat on a 2-door model, without having to remove or fold down the back seat?
They will not fit laying flat.

I have a 2013 two door JK. It has the premium soft top. If I were to buy the hard top, how would I use the defrost and wiper on the hard top since I have no switch/button for a rear wiper blade?

You would have to choose the Paintable option and then have a shop or dealership paint it.
