If I go with this lift kit on a 2016 Rubicon Hard Rock, keeping the stock wheels, will I need spacers?
Also, if I increase tire size do , I need to upgrade the front and rear differentials?
If a 33" a rub would be minor at full turn on a factory wheel. 35" should use a wider than factory wheel with 5.2" of backspace or less. Thanks for your inquiry.

Is this the correct kit for a 2018 JKU Rubicon Recon? Also, if I add 35s to the stock recon wheels will I require spacers?
This kit can fit all trim levels 12-18 JKU 4 door so Recon edition will be okay. Most 35's are likely suggested to on wider than a 7.5" width factory wheel is. Check the rim width recommendation of the brand tire you are in the market for. The stock wheel will not have the appropriate offset to avoid suspension components at full turn with some wider 35" OD tires. I could see wheel spacers being needed if using the factory wheel. Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this lift take the added weight of an aftermarket bumper and Winch?
Yes, you may lose some of the 2" though.

Any concerns with tire rub at full articulation and front sway bar disconnected if I am running 35's on stock wheels with this kit?
No, the backspace on the factory wheels should handle that

Will this work with a manual transmission?
Yes, this will work with all production drive line combinations.

why they replace the front drive shaft.
This drive shaft does not have a rubber boot like the original drive shaft. When you lift the vehicle 2 or more inches the front Y formation of the exhaust pipe can make contact with and melt the boot, allowing grease to spin out and dirt and debris to get into the splines. This shaft is also a narrow design and has U-joints which are better.

Is this the right part number for a 2016 JKU 4 door I have seen varying part numbers for what seems to be the same kit ...
Yes it is. This is one of the options available for the 16 Unlimited. This option has standard Fox Racing shocks, as opposed to the other options with Fox Reservoir shocks

Can I use 35" x 12.5" tires on the stock rubicon rims with this kit? The description makes it sound like it would work. Would prefer not to run spacers if I don't need to. Thanks.
Yes, you can. The Rubicon alloys have enough back space.

What control arms would be good replacements for the OE ones, with this kit?
Honestly the factory control arms are strong enough, but use a geometry kit like NTH20410AD for better performance.
