This bumper is GREAT, Heavy too.The bumper went on like a glove right into the bolt holes. I did it myself. Took longer to get the old plastic junk bumper off. This bumper will take all the load you want to put on it. Thanks Will buy from Quadratec again.

Just received my new SRC Carbine bumper. I am really impressed with the quality and how solid it is. It's a bear to install without some help at 120+ pounds, but looks terrific. For the money, you can't beat it.

The instructions were easy to follow. It seems very durable. I had to drill out holes along the bottom but that was easy. It is very heavy so the factory coils are insufficient. The front end dropped half an inch when installed but when I installed larger coils they easily took the weight. I had to adjust the harness for the fog lights as they were too far out for the factory harness to reach.

GREAT bumper install took about 2 hours no holes had to be drill except the 4 bottom ones and they where easy to do. everything about the install went perfect
bumper has a great look and finish and is heavy I think it looks so good i have installed smittybilt 3 in sure steps with the same finish and have a smittybilt rear bumper on order.

Excellent quality! The bumper is a great value and made extremely well. Installed it on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport s model. Installation is straightforward and it took half a day with the installation of the Smittybilt winch on the bumper(using handtools). Only drilling were the four holes at the base of the skid plate to make the installation more solid. All in all I have been extremely happy with Smittybilt products and my Jeep is a Smittybilt build.

Please note that you will have to take some of the electrical tape off of your wire loom to extend your fog lights to the fog lights locator holes that are installed in this bumper. Remember the OEM stock bumper on the JK's have fog lights are much closer together. If done correctly you should not have to do any splicing.

Does what it should. If you have a seat creeper, it works great to put the bumper on and roll it up to the front of the jeep if you're working by yourself. Otherwise 2 people will make the job easier.

An amazing looking bumper! Have to do some drilling into the frame though, but it is worth it because it is so sturdy.

This appears to be a great bumper. It was well packaged and the finish looks good all over. Fed-Ex does a great job of getting it here in safely. Being a 65 year-old computer nerd, this was a tough install. Getting the stock bumper off was more trouble than getting this one installed. My biggest mistake was not having the right tools. I had to make a couple of trips to Lowes to get sockets that fit. (And to get one for the nut and one for the bolt). The bumper really looks nice on the Jeep. My only real complaint is with the instructions. They aren't the greatest.
