Reviews for Diver Down Front and Rear Neoprene Seat Covers for 07-18 Wrangler Unlimited JK 4-Door
The fit was rather nice. The instructions and the labeling of the seat covers however were bismal at best!!!!! There was nothing to tell you which was which but after looking at them for several minutes you figure it out, however, would be nice if they labeled them for sure! Now to installation. Went well and while it was fairly easy, these covers have way too many buckles especially on the back seat. I will say this, they fit well and are secure and the color I bought (tan) closely match my 2017 Wrangler in Gobi color. I have to say if they last for at least 4-5 years I will consider it a win at this price. So if you need a well fitted and appears to be well made seat covers, then consider these as a replacement or new purchase. I have read a issue of fading, I hope this is not the case but will monitor closely.
Reason for 4 stars.......well, too many straps to my liking and nothing is truly ever perfect. I would give 4.5 stars if I could be the system does not allow it. So consider these a 4.5 in all reality.
Nice seat covers for protecting your seats. Install was easy and price was good.
Awesome. Takes some time to install them. I'm living in the desert and no more hot seats!
Installed these back in May 2017, Installation was easy enough but the instructions were horrible! Comfortable but EXTREMELY HOT!!!! These covers definitely hold you r body heat in them and that reason for the 4 stars, other than that i love them!
First the good attributes:
Easy to put on without instructions but they have video, if needed.
They are comfortable, and breathed new life into my '09 jk seats.
Good quality for the money and wipe crud off easily.
The less than stellar attributes
The fit on front seats head rests was off. There was way too much material at bottom where Velcro stuff is and it causes some gaps of white undercloth which stands out with all black.
They could have some more coverage, as the grey seats I covered still show on bottom, most notable with doors off.
Overall, very worth the money, especially since I'm too cheap to buy the Wet Olkies.
Great fit very happy with the purchase. Install was simple and easy.
great
Love the seat covers, but the instructions could be clearer - I ended up putting the front seat backs on 2x - had to switch them - I initially went with the diver flags on the outside like the back seat, but for the front seats they are to the inside.
So far, these are great. They have only been on for 2 days though. Install took about an hour. The colors are correct, and the material seems pretty good quality. To clear it up, the back seats are two separate seat covers and will still allow the seats to fold down independently. The product description did not say either way.
Quality: 5 stars (so far)
Color: 4 Stars (wish there were more color options that coincide with jeep colors ie: ORANGE)
Fitment: 4 stars. The bottoms fit great. the back seat backs fit great. the front seat backs could be a better fit. they are not tight against the lumbar section.
Price: 5 Stars. You get a lot compared against the competitors
If you want seat coverage but don't need to save your seats from driving in the rain with the top off, these will work great. Instructions are no good and i couldn't find labels on the front seat bottoms, but a little time and i got it right. Tight fit to the point that there's a gap in the seat back between the cover and seat. Take the time to find good attachment points below the front seats for the bungie hooks to keep them free of the seat sliders and not rubbing. On my passenger seat i used the inch long oval slot in the seat rail then hooked them together. This took some finesse. Driver side is currently under my slightly raised height adjustment. I'll revisit that when i can. No bag trick needed as the velcro is on the seat back instead of the front flap to feed through. All zippers and velcro reached to close with ease once it was all fed through properly. Mind the rear seatbelt during install. A small negative is the map pocket... it's just loose enough to get folded down when dropping the rear seats. Just have to pay attention now.
