How fast can you drive with top open?

I currently have a 2013 JKU with a hard top and currently looking to purchase the Bestop 56853-17 All-New Trektop NX Twill Soft Top to use for the summer. Will I need to purchase anything else with this item or will it fit in place of the hardtop?
It will come complete and you will not need anything added for a installation from hardtop. Thanks for your inquiry.

Does this kit come with the necessary frame and, or hardware, or is that separate? I currently have the "square" OE frame.
This comes complete with everything needed for mounting. You will not need to use any pieces to a factory top. Thanks for your inquiry.

Does this top have all the same functionality as the NX Glide? The quick release to remove the top, pockets in the front? Ability to become a Bimini?
This top does not have the map pockets or the glide version's convertibility feature. The roof material would need to be removed for a full open-top, roll bar exposed experience. When the rear windows are removed, the top will have a Bimini plus appearance. Thanks for your questions.
