I have the Mopar Roof Rack crossbars first my Jeep JL Unlimited. One Jeep cover flew off when I was going down the highway. Are there replacements covers for purchase?
No, unfortunately they are not, we have tried a couple different ways to get those and have not been successful. We cannot get any of the component Jeep logo parts for roof rack or cross bars.

Do these come with a lock and key so they aren't easily stolen?
No they do not but are made to work with the SKS locks from Yakima

Will I be able to opperate my sky one touch top with these installed on my 2020 4dr Rubicon?
That is not recommended. Damage could occur to the folding top.

How much height do these bars add to the top of the hard top? I am concerned about overall height to get into my garage and public parking garages.
This adds 3-3/4" inches to your overall height

Will this roof rack work for the Tepui Ayer roof top tent ?
Gutter attachment roof racks are not recommended for roof top tents. The load capacity is only 150lbs

Will these racks work on a 2016 JK - unlimited. I would think that they should attach to any run gutter on a Jeep but want to check before buying.
No this will not fit the JK drip rail. Mopar does not make a rack for the JK Wranglers but Rhino Rack has a nice system for your hardtop, see 12120.4224

Can you use the Thule cargo box with these rail racks?
Yes you can use Thule cargo boxes that attach using the 4" wide u-bolts

Does this rack allow enough clearance for the one touch power top to operate?
Mopar lists this specifically for hard top applications only. It has not been confirmed to work with the Power Top as of this moment.
