Yes, this is the Rubicon production front bumper, the LED fog lights are included and will work with your LED lighting group.

Since this comes with the LED fog lights and the one on Sport are halogen will this create any problem when its installed on a Sport model?
Changing only the fog lamps should not effect the functionality. Adding LED fogs to a halogen system should work fine

Yes, if you install a front plate bracket, the screws that are included with the bracket will tap into the bumper.
