I'm just replacing the top and frame. Do you have an option that doesn't include all the side windows and plastic rails? Just want the top, and cross bows and rear reattachments

The Mopar factory twill soft top for the Jeep Wrangler JL is sold as a complete production kit (Part #82215146AB for Black Twill with Tinted Windows). Mopar does not currently offer a specific that excludes the windows and door surrounds.
However, since you already have a 2018–2024 JL, you have a few ways to get exactly what you need without paying for a full retail kit:
1. The "Replace-A-Top" Strategy
If your current hardware (frame, bows, and rails) is in good condition and you only need to replace the fabric, the Bestop Replace-A-Top in Black Twill is the most direct solution. Bestop is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the Mopar factory tops, so the fabric and quality are identical.
What's included: Replacement fabric skin only.
What you reuse: Your existing factory frame, bows, and window panels.
2. Sourcing Individual Mopar Components
If you need the frame and the fabric but not the windows or door surrounds, you can technically order the components individually through a Mopar parts wholesaler. This is often more expensive than a kit, but it ensures you only get the pieces you want.
Soft Top Deck/Fabric: (Part #68297742AD - Black Twill)
Folding Framework: (Part #68307484AB)
Note: You would still need to source the rear retainer clips and header separately if your current ones are damaged.
3. Aftermarket Alternatives (Complete except Windows)
If you are starting from a hardtop and need a frame but want to save on the "full kit" price, consider these options:
MasterTop MasterTwill Replacement Top: Uses a high-quality 3-layer twill fabric similar to Mopar's but is often available as a "fabric only" replacement if you already have the frame.
Bestop Supertop Ultra in Black Twill: While this is a full kit, it uses a simplified rail system that is often preferred over the bulky factory plastic surrounds if you are doing a fresh install.
Mopar Factory Twill Kit (Full): For reference, this is the complete assembly including all windows and door surrounds.

I don't need the windows or any of the mounting hardware. Is it possible to just order the twill soft top with the frame?
Richard C.
Can this top have the option to rolled back for just driver and passenger or does it have to go back all the way while going down the road?

The Mopar soft top does have the Sunrider feature that allows the front portion to be flipped open and can be left open while driving. Thanks for the inquiry.

I live in the northeast where temperatures in the winter can get down into the teens with snow here and there. Do you recommend putting the hard top on during the winter or is this durable enough to withstand the conditions?

While Jeep soft tops can be used in winter, they offer less insulation and can be more susceptible to snow and ice buildup, potentially leading to visibility issues and damage.
