Bumper
This slim-designed Pro Series bumper is made of ¼ thick steel plate and is contoured tightly to allow for extreme departure angles. Plus it mounts inside the factory frame for maximum clearance, in fact it actually gains some clearance from the stock receiver.
Tire Carrier
The Tire Carrier consists of a spindle housing that's welded and supported from the top and bottom plate of the bumper. There's a zerk fitting provision in the housing that utilizes our cnc machined, oil impregnated bronze bearings.
The spindle is cnc machined from solid stock and welded to a beefy 2" diameter x .134 wall tubing that has a 1/4 laser cut tire mounting plate.
The kit also includes an adjustable tire mount stanchion used to mount your tire tight to the carrier regardless of tire width, plus a rear gate mounting plate that couples the tire carrier to the gate via a heim joint.
