No, it will not. That particular skid plate is designed to work with LoD Offroad Black Ops front bumper.
Does the factory skid plate fit on the bumper for a 2021 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited? I would like to re-install the skid plate with the new bumper.
The factory skid place will not work with the QRC bumper.
Is there provision to mount a front license plate?
Yes and no. It's not on the bumper directly. You can use either a Hawse Fairlead or a Roller Fairlead license plate bracket to keep your front license plate holder. Example: Rugged Ridge Hawse Fairlead License Plate Mounting Bracket
The fog lights you recommed if needing to replace are out of stock - do you have any other fog lights in stock that would fit with bumber without additional wiring (2020 JL Rubicon)
This is the OEM option, but there are plenty of other too: Mopar LED Fog Lamps for 17-25 Jeep Wrangler JK, JL and Gladiator JT with Rubicon Steel Bumper

No, they will need to be removed.

No, this bumper is not rated for flat towing.

Yes, it will. Follow the instructions in the installation manual.
will a Mile Marker15000 lb. Winch | SEC15 winch fit this bumper?
We have not test fit a 15,000lb winch. We do know the 10,000 and 12,000lb wiches will fit however.
Will this bumper, winch and light setup interfere with the front trail camera?
It would not interfere with the function of the camera, however, the bull-nose/brush guard may be visible in the camera image.
Is this bumper compatible with the 2021 Rubicon 4xe?
