What light bars are recommended to fit on the upper tabs? I have originally purchased the J17 light bar from Quadratec thinking they would be compatible or close to mod up but that does not appear to be the case. I am looking for something with amber runners.
A 10" light bar is recommended for the top mounting tabs.

Is there a plate to cover the space where the winch goes until I can get one. It looks unfinished without something in that spot.

No the d-ring mounts are for recovery only and are not rated for flat towing.

Will my LED fog lights from my 2018 JL rubicon fit on this bumper?
JL Rubicons have the identical bumper in steel and plastic. The fog lights from the plastic version will fit this bumper. If you have a steel bumper then you will need to change you fog lights out.

No extensions are needed for swapping over your factory fog lights

Will the stock Halogen Fog Lights in my 18 JLU Sport bolt up to this bumper?
Yes, this will work great with your factory halogen or LED fogs. In some cases widening the holes of the plastic mounts may be required.
