please explain specifically what the issue is with the Bestop Elements High Rock 4x4 tube doors. is the spring mechanism too stiff??

The landing pad for the mirrors cannot mount in the appropriate location for correct mirror function. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Do the mirrors move with the doors? I.e. every time you open/close the doors do you have to pull the mirrors in?

The mirrors will automatically move along with your door as it is opened or closed. Thanks for your inquiry.

Are there any know issues using these mirrors with Aries tube doors on a 2011 JK 2 door? thank you.

We have not tested the use with Aries brand doors. The doors do appear to be able to accept the landing pad for the mirror movers but we have not tested the alignment for proper mirror function. Sorry we cannot guarantee that they will work for you. Thanks for your inquiry.

I have a Garvin Aventure roof rack that uses the same top hole and screw of the Mirror Mover. I have currently installed a mirror relocation kit from Quadratec on top of the roof rack bracket by using rubber shims for the bottom hole and screw. This pushes out the mirror bracket by about 5/8’’. If I were to do this with the Quadratec Automatic Billet Mirror Mover for power mirrors, would the additional distance from the body of the Jeep prevent the moving mechanism to work? I think not. My other option would be to get the Mirror Fill Plate with Bump for Automatic Mirror Movers to stick out an extra 5/8’’ by adding 5/8’’ of extra padding. I understand you can’t recommend modifying your products but do you see a reason why this should not work ?

The automatic mirror mover does not use the holes the Garvin Adventure Rack front support utilizes. They appear they would work with one another. If another relocation bracket is present, I would expect a conflict. If the automatic mirror mover is shimmed some outward, as long as the landing pad is also shimmed, it seems that the mechanism should function the same, but we have not tested the kit's usage with added windshield mounted accessories, light mounts, or racks. Sorry we cannot say with confidence, that it will work. Thanks for your inquiry.

I have two sets of doors (Core Doors and full size factory). Do you sell the "specialized" filler plate separately to avoid having to move the filler plates when swapping out doors?

The extra fill plate with landing pad for the mirrors can be viewed and purchased in the following link.Mirror Fill Plate with Bump for Automatic Mirror Movers Thanks for your inquiry.
