No, they are not.

Is the upper mirror part 100% compatible with the stock upper mirror part? I.E. if I break the plastic housing, but the "arm" is intact, can I just replace the housing with a stock one?
Yes, the mirror head used on this mirror mover is to factory OEM spec. So you can add any OEM replacement mirror head to the adjustable arms if for whichever reason it is damaged over ownership.

Yes, this would include the mirror head pair, billet aluminum mirror arm pair and both billet aluminum fill plates with radius bumps.

Will these work with Mopar half doors?
Yes, the Billet Aluminum Fill Plate with Radius Bumps mount at the same height on the Mopar half doors as they do on the Mopar full doors.
