Description
When it is time to replace the seals on your YJ Wrangler windshield or you are replacing a broken glass, the Crown Automotive Windshield Seal Kit has all of the rubber that you will need to complete the job. Both the glass edge seal and the reveal molding are included along the the molding clip to tie the end together nicely.

    Used this for the windshield install on my Jeep. Fit perfectly. Ended up not using the seam closure as it was too difficult to install and I had trimmed the seal nearly perfectly to butt together neatly, but it is included with the kit. I recommend for your Jeep if installing the windshield.

    Hi. Does this go around the INSIDE of the windshield? Do I have to lay the windshield down to install it on a 90 YJ? Thank you.
    There is a seal that goes around the edge of the glass prior to installation as well as the molding that goes on the inside of the glass at the end. Installation can be done while the windshield frame is vertical, it must be properly supported while the sealant is curing though.
    I need the gasket that goes under the windshield frame, what is that cal and where do I get it
    Yes that would be the cowl seal, look for #J5453950 for 1987-1990 and #55009127 for 1991-1995

    No, these are the gaskets and clips that go around the glass itself. If you would like the cowl rubber under the frame then please see #22501.1100 ('87-90') and 22501.0011 ('91-'95)
