Builder Link -> 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Builder

So you wanna build a JL?

Come on, let’s see what options cost…..

OK, well, it is not quite like the snowman thing, nor will those lyrics rattle around in your head all afternoon, but Jeep does have a site in place now to give you an idea just how much that shiny new 2018 Wrangler JL will run - complete with features and packages. Two door and four door.

Now, keep in mind this pricing is all MSRP and does not take into account discounts, rebates, or incentives (if any) that dealers may be planning when JLs actually begin hitting lots early next year.

It also does not have updated pricing information for those interested in the 2.0 ‘eTorque’ or 3.0 EcoDiesel.

But the build page does give a decent ballpark on what options will cost on all trim levels, as well as what exterior color choices are hardwired to interior colors, and what each actual package entails.

While there is bound to be some sticker shock, heck a fully-loaded Rubicon can push $60K, Jeep has added a ton of new features, materials, safety options, strength and quality of life improvements to their newest Wrangler which corresponds to the increased pricing.

And really, you could do what so many others have in the past – forgo that ‘fully-loaded’ idea and pare some money off the sticker by going with something more bare bones. Then take a look at all what the aftermarket will have for the JL.

After all, built not bought, right?

The 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL is currently in production and is expected to reach dealerships around the latter part of January.
