Poison Spyder is back — and some of their most iconic Jeep armor is once again available and ready to hit the trail.
In this video, Rob walks around our Jeep Wrangler JL outfitted with a full lineup of Poison Spyder armor, including the Bruiser Front and Rear Bumpers, Crusher Fender Flares, and Frame Mounted Rear Tire Carrier.
Poison Spyder has long been a recognizable name in hardcore Jeep armor, and now they're back with many popular parts in stock and ready to ship from Quadratec. This JL is a great example of how their components work together to add serious trail protection while giving the Wrangler an aggressive, purpose-built look.
Up front, the Poison Spyder Bruiser Front Bumper combines heavy-duty 3/16-inch steel construction with a compact design that improves tire clearance and approach to obstacles. Around the wheel openings, the steel Crusher Fender Flares add protection where your Jeep is most likely to encounter rocks, trees, and other trail obstacles.
Out back, the Bruiser Rear Bumper is paired with Poison Spyder's Frame Mounted Tire Carrier. Rather than putting the weight of an oversized spare on the tailgate or bumper, the carrier mounts directly to the Jeep's frame and can accommodate tires up to 40 inches tall. Its single-action design also allows the tire carrier and factory tailgate to open together.
Rob also takes a closer look at Poison Spyder's SpyderShell™ Armor Coat. This multi-stage, industrial-grade powder-coat process is designed to provide long-lasting resistance against corrosion, abrasion, and the elements while giving the armor its signature semi-gloss black finish.
If you've been waiting for Poison Spyder Jeep parts to return, now is the time to take another look. Many Poison Spyder bumpers, armor components, tire carriers, and other products are back and available through Quadratec.
