Quadratec Expands Adventure Gear Lineup with Front Runner Outfitters
Quadratec recently announced it is now carrying Front Runner Outfitters, a globally recognized name in the overlanding and off-road community. Founded in South Africa and tested in some of the harshest environments on the planet, Front Runner has built a reputation for designing ultra-durable, lightweight, and modular gear systems trusted by adventurers in over 50 countries. Their products are purpose-built to withstand rugged terrain, long-haul expeditions, and years of demanding use.
At the heart of Front Runner’s lineup is their innovative Slimline II roof rack system, a low-profile, corrosion-resistant platform engineered for maximum versatility. With more than 50 compatible accessories—including water tanks, recovery gear mounts, awnings, and secure storage solutions—this rack system allows Jeep owners to customize their setup for everything from weekend camping trips to cross-continent expeditions. Beyond racks, Front Runner also offers drawer systems, camp tools, Wolf Pack storage boxes, rooftop tents, and other expedition-ready essentials, making it easier than ever to stay organized and prepared on the trail.
By adding Front Runner Outfitters, Quadratec gives Jeep enthusiasts access to one of the most trusted names in overland equipment—all backed by Front Runner’s limited lifetime warranty and a track record of proven reliability.
Jeep Maker Stellantis Logs €2.3B First Half Loss as Tariffs and Strategy Shake Performance
Stellantis’ new Chief Executive Officer, Antonio Filosa, said earlier this year that he wanted to restore trust, morale and profitability to the brand.
And while most automotive experts applauded his hiring and strategy, it may take a bit more time for him and the company to rebound.
Struggling under tariffs, Stellantis recently reported a $2.7B net loss in the first half of 2025, reversing from over a $5.6B profit in the same period last year. The financial hit stems from multiple fronts: approximately $300 million in direct tariff costs, reduced production and imports, and $3.3 billion in restructuring, product write-downs, platform impairments, and emissions compliance exits. North American export shipments also declined by 25% as plant suspensions and cost-containment measures were implemented.
Looking ahead, Filosa reinstated Stellantis’ full-year outlook, forecasting $1.5 billion in tariff impact for 2025, gradual financial recovery in the second half of 2025, and improved cash flow as restructuring progresses.
