Every Jeep has a story.

For someone out there it may be the result of a long-held promise to graduate college. For another, it might be Saturday nights delivering meals to the less fortunate. Maybe your story is something you’ve experienced with your Jeep club or a cross-country trip with friends.

All these stories bind us. Captivate us. They prove to us that these iconic vehicles are something more than just hunks of metal clogging our driveways or invading our garages. In the process, they generate memories that last forever.

At The Quadratec Channel, we are all about the story. And we realize these great products we send out everyday to Jeep owners around the world can help make every story better – one shipment at a time.

Welcome to Tuesday's Tale - a Quadratec Channel Exclusive. On select Tuesdays in 2017, we will share someone's personal and passionate Jeep story in their own words. So come along for the ride and read all about what makes these vehicles so great for other Jeep enthusiasts. Or, even better, tell us your story: [email protected].

This week we are focusing on the family. Or, that is, how several enthusiasts are taking their love of these vehicles, and making sure they are passing it down to a younger generation - just like their parents did for them.

In their words:

BRIAN BANKS - 2015 WRANGLER UNLIMITED

This is my 2015 JKU Sport. I have less than $5000 invested in it between good deals from Quadratec and my two daughters of 14 and 15 and a 12-year-old son helping me do all the work on it - including lift, bumpers, roof rack, rock rails, even mounting tires and templating out the magnetic camo. Also, hydro dipping the front grill and installing the winch; it's been a family project.

My kids make me drive around the block when I pick them up from school to show it off because they're proud of it, and I'm grateful for the bonding. But they're all joking themselves if they think they're going to be driving it when they get their licenses. LOL.

RICK POLLOCK - JEEP JK AND TJ

Bought my Jeep JK to teach my son how to drive a stick shift, do oil changes and basic maintenance. That lead to upgrades and customizing. Bought him a TJ to take to college. We still work on both Jeeps together. Named mine 'Blood Wrenched' for its double meaning.

ERIC TUCKER - 1995 XJ CHEROKEE

Our 1995 Cherokee has been in the family since about 1999. My dad would take me and my brother fishing since we were about 5. She has been through 100s of fishing trips and mud holes since then. She's at 245,000 miles and still going strong. I plan on keeping her up and running until I have kids of my own, and I'll be taking them on fishing trips as well!
