Shipping policy, rates, and times.

**FREE Shipping Policy

To qualify for FREE shipping the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total value of $99 or more ($200 or more for wholesale business customers). Orders must use Standard Shipping during checkout to an address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and other International destinations will be quoted shipping charges during checkout.

Oversized Shipments: Certain oversized items require additional handling charges due to their extreme size, weight or because they are delivered by truck freight. Some of those items may include wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops and cargo racks. Any additional charges will be shown during checkout.

Quadratec’s Green and Gold Shipping Protection protects your Quadratec purchases if your packages are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping to destinations in the United States.

Shipping

Products may ship in multiple boxes, ship from multiple warehouses across the US and arrive on different days depending on the ship method. This is done at no extra charge so we can give you a better and more economical service

Quadratec's Standard Shipping may include one of, or a combination of, FedEx Ground, FedEx Smartpost, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

Transit Times - Standard & Ground Shipping

Saturday, Sunday & Major Holidays are not considered regular transit days for Standard & Ground Shipping, however certain carriers may deliver on Saturdays at no extra charge.**

Packages shipped via FedEx or USPS are typically delivered to each region in the times listed below. A more specific delivery time will be provided during checkout. Delivery to rural or extended areas and items delivered by Truck Freight may take extra days to deliver.

North East		2-3 business days
Mid-Atlantic		2-3 business days
South East		2-3 business days
Mid-West		3-5 business days
South West		3-5 business days
North West		5-6 business days

Delivery to rural or extended areas may take extra days to deliver.
Special orders & truck freight shipments may take longer depending on the items.

Delivery

Most orders will be shipped by FedEx. For best delivery results please provide us with a street address for delivery. Small items may be delivered by FedEx Smartpost or USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Larger items like some Bumpers, Hardtops and Engines ship by Truck Freight.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available on most items and is an additional charge. Shipping costs for Express Shipping are based on the weight and dimension of the item(s). Rates for Express Service can be obtained through checkout.

Express Shipments are only delivered Monday through Friday, NO Saturday Delivery.
1 Day Shipping is delivered by the end of the next business day.
2 Day Shipping is delivered by the end of the second business day.

Shipments to Canada & International

Canadian customers will get their shipping rates on the last page of the checkout process. Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the products. Duties and Taxes are NOT included in your shipping quote and will be your responsibility upon delivery. Shipments may be delivered by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

APO / FPO

Shipments to APO and FPO postal addresses should select the Military Order option during checkout. All shipments will be shipped via the US Postal Service by Priority Mail. Certain weight and size restrictions apply, and some items cannot be sent through the mail.

* Same day shipping only applies to domestic orders within the United States that have valid payments; In Stock International orders are typically shipped in 3 to 5 business days.
** Saturday Delivery for UPS SmartPost shipments are dependent on the US Postal Service and is not guaranteed.
*** FedEx Ground has begun delivering Ground packages Monday to Saturday but it is not available in all locations yet. Your package could arrive on a Saturday at the discretion of FedEx and is not guaranteed.
