Reviews for Quadratec Premium 2" Receiver Hitch for 18-24 Jeep Wrangler JL
The fit was perfect. Took a little bit of tinkering to get it to line up, but overall it was an easy install and great fit on my JLU.
This wiring harness installed easier than some of the YouTube videos on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Serra. I ran the power wire from the rear to the front through the frame. Granted it took about four or five hours to fish all the wires and make all the connections and security wire tie everything to keep them height and tight though mud and snow. Probably not a job for a beginner but if your fairly capable you can do it yourself.
The 2” receiver hitch was really simple to install.
I installed both and not one skinned knuckle, I would recommend to a friend.
As advertised, easy to read and follow instructions and install.
Mounted on a 2020 Rubicon. Easy simple mounting with very little effort. Will work great for my bike rack and cargo rack. Good product.
Easy install. You don’t have to remove the stock bumper. Just a little elbow grease and it slides into placs
Super easy to install. Took no more than 20 minutes.
Bolts right on with no problem.
Great product and quality. It literally took me 10 minutes to install!! I used a small amount of red loctite to make sure it stays on.
The hitch was very easy to install (couldn't be easier) and the Wrangler JL Curt trailer brake light harness, that I purchased as a kit, wasn't has hard as I initially feared. I took the second reviewer's suggestion for the passenger side brake light harness (the green wired one) and ran it behind the muffler heat shield (taking a 11mm socket to remove the fasteners for it); plenty of cable length left running it through there. The only issue I really found is that the hitch bracket to mount the trailer electrical connector didn't work with the curt harness kit it came with but a picture for the JK kit seamed to have a rubber like ring that appeared to work for this. Maybe I was seeing things on the web but now I have to either find something so I can have them mate together (if not, I will design something myself and 3D print it). Right now, I have four-pin connector tie wrapped up for storage.
This took 10 minutes to put on and it is very sturdy.
