I have an older model that has a nut and bolt instead of quick release, but it's the same design.

-Mirrors, especially driver mirror folds in at about 35mph and highway speed it really folds in. With the doors off I'm constantly having to push the mirror back in place even though hardware is fully tight
-Passenger side mirror hardware keeps loosening on mount and the mirror rotates down while driving

Only gave one additional star because it makes it street legal. I would not recommend these to use as real mirrors, they are hard to adjust and fold in with wind and vibration. I got these so I wouldn't have to relocate my mirrors from my door to body every time I took the doors off. The body mounted mirror brackets are much sturdier.

These mirrors shake a lot from vibration when going down the road, and after just a few months I have noticed rust around the joints.

Wasnt a big fan of these. I have tried several solutions for putting mirrors on my JK that don't mount to the doors, and these were just inadequate for my needs. They were too small and were very sensitive to vibrations making the images blurry. After trying a few different manufacturers aftermarket mirrors, I ended up building custom mounts and using parts from the factory mirrors.

Horrible whistling sound

These are absolute trash. As soon as I went over 35 mph they blew inwards... Not happy at all with these. I would strongly recommend you purchase a different brand.

poor mirrors - did not fit

Horrible. Even at low speeds the mirrors do not stay in place. Can not tighten enough to hold them in place. Crimped the bracket still did not help. Even tried tightening with a wrench. Still no good. Worst product. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I am truly surprised at any positive reviews.

These things are cheaply made and do not install properly as shipped. The ridiculous thumb screw is useless and I am not even going to attempt a "test drive" with these on my Jeep.

Garbage. DO NOT BUY.

Horrible design. They won’t tighten down and stay in place. The whistling noise will drive you crazy. Surprised that Quadratec would sell such an awful product. Can you please refund my purchase!!!

Same review as everyone else. Damn things won’t tighten enough to not fold in. Waste of 50 bucks
