Recently, I had the opportunity to switch my winch to this new product. I got the ResQ 10k lbs winch and its amazing. I love the Bluetooth system, the interior light and the flashlight on the remote control. Can we also talk about how the price is amazing and so much less expensive from the rival? Installation was pretty simple. This product is a must if you are looking for a winch !
I've had the opportunity to try out various winches brands in my offroading career! The Res-Q winch (10k lbs) definitely stand out! It's packed with features and rivals those twice its price. The synthetic cable is a must have for my recoveries, so much easier to work with plus I live in Canada so winter and salt do not mix well with steel cable.. With both wired and wireless remote options, you have flexibility and convenience in operation, including a built-in LED light for night usage (which is actually very bright). Never seen this feature before, and I am not mad about it! The installation is pretty forward, nothing complicated!
Absolutely love the RES-Q Teton 10,000 lbs winch with the synthetic rope. It's really well built and can handle all the elements. Mine has been through mud, dust, snow, and even freezing rain. It's a work horse. The synthetic rope is high-quality, and the winch itself feels incredibly strong and well built. I have no concerns that this winch will be able to get me out of just about any predicament.
The built in winch light is great for low light conditions when you want to make sure everything is in order with the synthetic rope. The bluetooth control is so convenient. It allows you to be where you need to be when you need to be there and you do not have to worry about being tied down by a power cable. However, if the controller battery dies you can connect to the provided cable for control.
Did I mention the flashlight on the bluetooth controller? Its definitely convenient if you drop something in the dark while you are preparing to winch.
Definitely worth a consideration if you are in the market for a winch.
