We have designed the perfect off-road bumper for your Wrangler JL! The Quadratec QRC Front Winch Bumper is a fully welded one piece steel construction using 6 gauge steel plate and 2” diameter x .105” thick mandrel bent grill guard hoops. The aggressively styled QRC Bumpers bolt directly to the vehicle’s existing mounting points and feature fully integrated winch plates. There’s no drilling or modifications required. Our QRC Winch Bumpers are e-coated for corrosion resistance and finished with an attractive and durable black textured powder coating. Bumpers feature factory fog light provisions that reuse your factory fog lights & wiring harness. With a Full Width design you will be getting extra protection for both grill and fender guards. The QRC Stubby design provides addition tire clearance if needed as well as better approach angles. Additional features include grill guard light mount tabs and 1” thick D-Ring tabs for 3/4” D-Rings with 7/8” pins. D-Rings available separately. Will not accommodate the JL / JT factory Rubicon Steel Bumper Fog Lights.

Quadratec QRC Front Winch Ready Bumper Reviews
35 years of wranglers and this is a SOLID bumper. 115 pounds, extreamly high quality powder coat. Super fast to put on, 75% of your time will be dealing with switching out fog lights from old bumper and transferring. Only quality issue was threaded holes in bumper for fig light screws was powder coated after threaded. I just needed to tap real quick. Fig light fit well. Solid bumper!!! Hour and 20 minutes to remove old bumper, install lights and install bumper.
This bumper fit perfectly onto my 2025 Wrangler Rubicon. The stock fog lights were easy to install. It looks really great and I have made use of both the top and upside down light mounts. I love the way the winch mount is recessed down into the bumper. Really looks clean and leaves the radiator open to the wind. Only negative I can find is that it is really heavy. Not far beyond what other bumpers of this size weigh but something to keep in mind as you are adding weight to the front end.
This bumper is awesome. I'm a fabricator and this bumper is built to take a beating. It has everything a Jeep owner would want.

While the winch will physically bolt down, using it at its maximum pulling capacity (13.5k) could technically exceed the structural design limits of the 6-gauge steel bumper or its mounting points on the Jeep's frame. In a maximum-effort recovery, you run a higher risk of bending the plate or shearing bolts compared to a 10k or 12k winch.
The Rugcel 13,500 is a "large body" winch, measuring roughly 20.8" to 21" in length. The QRC bumper has a recessed winch cavity. While most standard winches fit, some users have reported that the control boxes (solenoids) on larger 12k+ winches can hit the top grill guard hoop or require the control box to be relocated. If the Rugcel's control box is mounted directly over the drum, you may need to "clock" it or move it to the side to clear the bumper’s grill guard.
If your 2020 JL Wrangler has the standard plastic bumper (Sport or Sahara) with the factory LED upgrade, they should bolt right in. However, if your Jeep came with the factory steel bumper group, the mounting brackets on those specific LED fog lights are shaped differently and are incompatible with the QRC mounting points.
