FROM THE RED ROCKS OF MOAB, Utah, to the beautiful Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. The sands of Daytona and Panama Beach FL, up to the wooden boardwalk of Wildwood, NJ. Even over to the birthplace of Jeep in Butler, PA and the fairground fun of York, PA, on out to the awesome trails of Bethel, Maine. Our annual show schedule definitely takes us pretty much all over the country where we hit some of the best Jeep events around. And yet our favorite spot - and favorite activity - is right here in West Chester, PA for our annual Quadratec Tent Show Event.

Saturday marks the 12th edition of our show and every year it keeps growing and growing; just like the popularity of that four-wheel-drive vehicle with seven grille slots we all love and admire. The event runs (rain or shine) from 9AM to 4PM.

"It is an amazing experience that just keeps getting better each year," said Quadratec's Outside Events Coordinator Craig Jaros. "When we talk with people throughout the year, this is the one thing that everyone seems to highlight and ask us about. So we are really excited, once again, to present this event and give our customers a great chance to interact with Quadratec, our vendors and each other."

If you have not experienced our show before, it is somewhat hard to put into words and really needs to be experienced. But we put together a top-10 list of reasons why spending Saturday with us needs to be on your to-do list this weekend.

10. Quadratec Geo Cans

If you are a social media addict, and have us marked in your feed, chances are you've seen us post pictures of these little green boxes of joy. We call them our Geo Cans and we deploy these things at every event we attend. Even if you are not an addict of Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, these boxes are hard to miss during our event coverage. However, they can be hard to come by as Geo Cans do not tend to remain in one place for long.

That's because our Quadratec Geo Cans are loaded with special prizes and gift certificates, and you get to keep everything you find inside. Normally, we put out one can or so per day at events like Bantam or York, but we'll have numerous cans out all day long Saturday. So while you are here, keep an eye out and make sure to pay attention to our Facebook and Instagram pages for location clues to these Geo Cans of greatness. You’ll be glad you did. One more thing, don’t forget to post your happy face if you are one of the lucky ‘finders’.

9. Kids Activities

Our 12th Annual Tent Sale isn't the time to spend money on a babysitter and leave those little ones at home. Not with all the free family friendly activities we've put together. So keep your brood entertained and engaged all day thanks to inflatable bounce houses, pumpkin painting, face painting and corn sand boxes. Plus, you know, there are a ton of great Jeeps for them look at as well because you do want to raise them right, after all. Make sure to take some photos and tag us as we love to see everyone having fun.

8. Food & Music

Whether it is shopping, checking out the scratch and dent deals, or just hanging around tons of beautiful Jeeps and friendly owners, it seems like everyone works up an appetite during our Tent Show. If you bring along a few snacks, great. But if you want a real meal, we've brought back our friends from Jimmy’s BBQ to knock out whatever hunger may arise throughout the day with some made from scratch, slow-cooked Memphis dry-rubbed BBQ. If you are like us, then you’re picturing it right now and, yes, it’s that good. Plus, while you are enjoying the food, we'll have plenty of entertainment all day thanks to talented area musician Tim Williams.

7. Jeeps, Jeeps and more Jeeps

Imagine a parking lot area stuffed full of just about every Jeep ever made. Old school Willys, CJs, Jeep trucks, Wagoneers, FCs, as well as the alphabet of XJ, ZJ, WJ, YJ, TJ, JK, KJ, WK, XK, MK, BU, and probably a few others that defy classification. Some stock, many modified, and all driven by owners who - if you catch them - will happily show off their ride and answer questions.

6. Expert Off Road Advice

Owning a Jeep is much more than, well, owning a Jeep for most people. Between modifying, customizing and beautifying, enjoying that Jeep Lifestyle is way more fun in a vehicle set up exactly the way you want. It is also a big reason why the aftermarket Jeep industry exists. But getting the right parts on the vehicle is only half the battle - especially if venturing anywhere off-road is in your plans. Understanding how those parts are designed to perform in different situations, as well as honing your personal skills, is what can transform an average day off pavement into a lifetime of memories. This is why we partner with Off-Road Consulting and its owner Kyle Buchter for many of our events and projects. And why his location is certainly a popular one during the Tent Show. Buchter is a master at off-road technique from beginner to expert and spends an enormous amount of time on the trail teaching others how to be a better off-road drivers. Make sure to bring your questions and take notes. We call it a 'Come for the parts - stay for the education' kind of thing. You won't be sorry.

5. Star in your own Quadratec Video and Catalog Cover

Over the past few years, we've opened up our photo studio and given you the chance to sit in one of our Jeeps to create your very own Quadratec Catalog Cover. This year, we are moving the needle a bit further out. Not only can you star in a catalog cover photo shoot, but you can also jump in front of the camera and become an instant Quadratec Video personality. We'll set you up with some lines, swing the camera around and let you do your thing when the red light comes on. Let's see what you have. Who knows, maybe you'll find your way to our YouTube channel. At the very least, we'll 'See you out on the trail'.

4. Raffle

Severe scratch and dent markdowns and new product discounts are one side of giving at our Tent Show. But giving back thanks to your generosity is the other. Many of our great vendors have once again stepped up to donate dozens of prizes for our popular Tent Show Raffle. Drawing times are at 11 AM, 12:30 PM, and 2 PM, while raffle tickets can be purchased in 5 for $10, or 12 for $20, amounts. All raffle proceeds benefit the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America and Quadratec will also accept donations for CCFA at the Tent Show.

In addition, besides the raffle, Quadratec is also accepting canned goods for this November's WMMR Camp Out For Hunger Jeep Caravan Event. Whether it is one can, or a box full, every bit helps.

3. Vendors

Speaking of our tremendous vendors, we have 40 scheduled to attend the Annual Tent Show this year – just about all of whom have their own tent area set up where reps can answer product questions, select the perfect part to fit your needs, provide tech info, or just ‘shoot the breeze’ about Jeeps because they all love these vehicles just as much as you do. Then, you can take their recommendations right to our new parts counter and get what you need at our special show discount. Plus, we have a few other businesses joining us to provide their services and products. For a full list, check out our Tent Show page here.

2. New Parts Show Discount

We all know the scratch and dent tent is mega-popular, but with a solid 10 percent show discount on any of our new products, you can pick out exactly what you need and save money at the same time. Plus, if we have the part in stock here at West Chester, you can receive your order instantly. We’ll even help carry your products right to your Jeep (or other vehicle) with one of our Quadratec shuttles. This way, you don’t have to lug your new bumper, winch, or whatever, around with you the rest of the day like some massive stuffed animal carnival prize. If you are not sure what you want, or need, we have the vendor support to help answer any questions, and we'll have plenty of catalogs right at the order desk.

1. Scratch & Dent

Imagine tables full of product that, for one reason or another, have all found their way back to our warehouse and we were unable to sell as new. It could be something just as the name implies - items that arrived back scratched or dented, possible from shipping. Or perhaps a part that came back missing hardware or slightly torn. We're talking things like bumpers, side bars, lights, light bars, fenders, seats, seat covers; the list goes on and on. Now, imagine a price on these products not just 10 percent off, or 20, or even 30. Many are up to half off or more. These are prices so good that people line up at the crack of dawn and then hightail it to the scratch and dent tent when our gates open.

But, honestly, even if you can’t get here right at the start of our Tent Show, we have numerous boxes of scratch and dent items in reserve that we will use to refill the tent throughout the day. So check out the tent when you arrive, but don't forget to return later to see what we have on the shelf. You never know.
