1981-1986 Jeep CJ VIN numbers can be found in a few different places. They can be on the driver's side firewall near the brake master cylinder, on the driver's side dash or near the parking brake lever on the inside body panel. It can also be found on the windshield wiper motor cover inside the Jeep.
